NORA

ADOPTION PUPDATE

Well, I think it’s safe to say… I’ve landed on all four paws! I’ve been in my wonderful new home for a few weeks now and I am totally settled. And best of all, I have a new sister called Bess.

Bess and I have become BEST friends. Proper partners in crime and pretty much inseparable! We race through the garden and woods together, play hide and seek, investigate absolutely everything that might possibly need investigating and, when we’ve finally worn ourselves out, we’re just as happy chilling together. Honestly, I think Bess and I were meant to find each other. She’s always ready for an adventure and, as you probably know by now, so am I!

I’m getting to know my new neighbourhood too. I’ve met the neighbours and their doggies and I love our walks down the lane. There are SO many things to sniff, watch and investigate. I’m a busy girl, you know. Important doglet business!

I’ve also met the resident pet sheep… Now, I’ll admit, my first few sniffs were rather tentative because… they’re BIIIIG! But once I’d had a proper look and worked out that they weren’t planning to eat me, I decided they were actually quite nice. Apparently they’re family too. My new home comes with Bess AND sheep. Result!

And then there are my new pawrents. I absolutely adore them and I’m told they feel exactly the same about me. They say I’m so easy to love, bright as a button and that it already feels as though I’ve been part of their lives forever.I waited a little while for my forever home to come along, but now I understand why… I was just waiting for THEM.

A huge thank-you to Bojan and his team for rescuing me, Dusica for keeping me safe in Bosnia, Alan & Bev for teaching me all about UK home life and taking me on lots of adventures, and my holiday foster pawrents Annette & Steve, who introduced me to living with cats and squeezed in a bit more training too. Apparently a clever girl can never have too much of that!

And, of course, thank you to my wonderful new pawrents for choosing me, loving my big personality and giving me the happy ending I’d been waiting for.

A gentle nose boop too to everyone who followed my story, shared my posts and hoped that my people would find me. You helped me on my way.

And look…  My people found me! Right, enough chatting. Bess! Race you to the woods!!

Love and nose boops,

Nora x

Could you give a dog like Nora a Forever Home?
